Moot-Levin Headshot

Anna Moot-Levin is a documentary filmmaker in New York City. She has directed four short documentaries, A Breath of Life (2007), Still in Motion (2011), Well-Fed (2011) and Track by Track (2012) and co-directed and co-produced the short documentary Tears of Men (2011). Her work has been screened at numerous festivals including the 2012 AFI/Discovery Channel Silverdocs Film Festival and the 2013 Slamdance Film Festival. She was awarded an Enersen Foundation Production Grant for her MFA thesis project, Track by Track, a short documentary following a young sketch artist with autism through his journey to adulthood. She is also the recipient of the Louise Hart Van Loon (2010-2011) and C. Diane Christensen (2011-2012) fellowships and is an associate producer of the Academy Award-winning documentary Inside Job (2010). Anna Moot-Levin has an MFA in Documentary Film and Video from Stanford University and received her BA in film and sociology from Vassar College.
